My Story

Working at Emory University as a decision support analyst, I apply both quantitative and advanced qualitative methods to analyze and visualize different types of data to provide more accessible insights for different departments and stakeholders based on their needs. I am also a SCAD bee as a master's student in the service design program. This academic experience established my understanding of human experience design. Combined with the knowledge of social research I have already learned in my Ph.D. degree, it pictured my career direction- bridging between human experience and design with professional design research expertise.
